With over 40 years of experience in the installation of blast furnaces using refractory mixes, Weerulin possesses strong expertise. 

Weerulin has been involved in interim repairs on blast furnaces with both products and services. You can rely on our time management. Modern robotic spraying systems and mobile platforms are used. As a general contractor for key-turn projects, Weerulin hands over the blast furnace on schedule.

Torpedo Ladle

Our products for the torpedo ladle have extremely high throughput capacity and meet strict operational safety criteria. New for the torpedo ladle are the preshaped components developed and produced by Weerulin for the spout section, as well as internal maintenance spray mixes.

Hot Metal Ladle

The installation of the spout section using shotcrete and casting methods with stainless steel fiber reinforcement has proven itself in practice. New additions include monolithic permanent linings, dry backfill mixes for brick linings, and insulating spray mixes for easier desculling.
